Sales Xceleration Advisors recently gathered in sunny Naples, Florida to attend the 2017 Annual Conference. The Inn on Fifth in Old Naples was the ideal venue to host our group – with perfect weather, fun activities, fantastic shopping, upscale dining and one of Florida’s best beaches – all within walking distance for our Advisors and their guests to enjoy. While the location and amenities were superb, the true highlight of the 3-day event was the opportunity for Advisors to share best practices with one another, the introduction of new Advisor tools, and the reveal of new services for our client base.
This year’s theme was Collaborate – Innovate – Activate. While our Advisors are the best and brightest sales leaders in the country, when given the opportunity to collaborate, they become even better. And as anticipated, innovative thoughts and ideas surfaced, with plans to activate – all for the benefit of our clients. Once again, the value of our Advisors’ wisdom – collectively over 1,000+ years – was impressive!
This year’s Agenda focused on Advisor Success Stories based on particular areas of Advisor interest; and these were presented by some of our best on those topics. Chris Goade (Dallas, TX) and Susan Tourville (Appleton, WI) all shared insights with the group on specific best practices. These presentations were extremely well-received, leaving Advisors with many new ideas on how to improve and expand their own businesses. In addition, Dennis Jackson from WorX Solutions Management (Nashville, TN) took a deeper dive into our custom-built CRM product, created specifically for our Advisors and their clients.
While we gathered for the Annual Conference to share best practices, learn from each other, develop new friendships, reconnect, and discover what Sales Xceleration has planned in the future – the Agenda also contained extracurricular activities. Golf, deep sea fishing, and an evening aboard the Naples Princess were highlights.
The 2017 Annual Conference was a huge success, in large part due to the active and enthusiastic participation of our Advisors. Each Advisor possesses unsurpassed executive sales leadership experience and holds true to our Sales Xceleration Mission Statement: Integrity, character and ethics, lived out in service for our clients.
