On September 29 Michael Wills held a sold-out educational seminar in Fort Lauderdale, FL titled “Great Sales Organizations Are Built, specifically designed to address the sales challenges many small and mid-size companies face. The audience learned that making a great sales organization requires a foundation of strategy, structure, management engagement, tools and talent, with excellence needed in each to generate sustainable revenue growth.  The seminar focused on the Top-10 reasons why sales may not be increasing as planned, and the actions which must be undertaken to create the foundation for dramatic and sustainable sales growth.
