Sales Xceleration Advisor Susan Tourville recently partnered with Foxwood Associates to co-facilitate “Sales Growth Planning for the Non-Sales Executive”, hosted at Wipfli LLP in Green Bay WI.  Local CEOs, Presidents and Owners of B2B companies with sales ranging from $2M to $40M were invited to attend this event on May 16th.

A large portion of Workshop time was dedicated to engaging the full room of participants. Strategy Tuning (powered by Sales Xceleration) laid the foundation by sharing sales organization best practice necessities and Foxwood Associates built upon that by sharing key company-wide readiness strategies to ensure the resulting sales growth could be sustainable. The facilitators processed through unrehearsed, live scenarios provided by attendees to demonstrate how the presented models could be effectively applied to varying company sizes and industries.

The events were extremely well received, as evidenced by attendee comments:

“I think it was a great mix of giving “overview,” but still providing tangible content that enabled me to walk away with immediate items I could apply to my business.”

“Each speaker could have filled the entire 2-hour session, given how rich and engaging the subject matter was.”

“Great experience with the most engaging presenters I’ve seen in a long time!”
