Tim has a 25+ year track record of sales success managing teams with revenues ranging from $1M to $1.1B in both Fortune 500 and Private Equity backed environments. He is a customer-focused leader with solid results developing sales teams by helping sales leaders understand how to identify business growth opportunities.
He has experience developing and implementing strategic plans, including optimizing go-to-market strategies, pioneering new sales and distribution channels, introducing new products, and aligning compensation plans. Tim is also adept at building winning, cross-functional teams; and has extensive experience in strategic planning, profit and loss responsibility, sales, account management, trend/market analysis, product development, and brand management. Tim will help your organization develop a successful sales plan and align your sales team for long-term success.
Tim has a BA in Management and Marketing from Long Island University. He resides in Dublin, Ohio with his wife, Cindy, and 2 daughters. He enjoys golf, running, and travel.
