A respected sales management professional with a strong track record optimizing bottom-line results in a variety of industries, Glenn founded James River Sales Leadership LLC, a strategic sales consulting firm that helps small and mid-sized businesses develop high-performing sales teams that achieve breakthrough results.
Glenn’s diverse background includes sales, marketing, channel development, and operations. Successes in these and other disciplines empower him to develop effective strategies to increase sales. His experience includes 25+ years of growing sales organizations in businesses ranging from 4M to 500M; and encompasses expertise in medical, financial service, information technology, and small and medium size enterprise markets.
Glenn’s passion for helping small businesses began when he grew up working in his family’s small business. That passion continues today, and he earns respect by his willingness to “get his hands dirty” and lead by example.
Now, as an outsourced Richmond, Virginia-area sales consultant and licensed Sales Xceleration Advisor, Glenn will leverage the power of Sales Xceleration’s proven sales growth and sales management systems to help small and medium-sized businesses increase sales and boost profits for sustainable sales performance.
Glenn earned an Economics degree from Trinity College and an MBA from The College of William & Mary. He currently resides in Midlothian, VA with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys sports, volunteering locally, and being active in his church.
