Dave brings 20+ years of noteworthy experience and expertise in sales management and leadership to serve businesses in the upstate New York area.

As Founder and President of Competitive Edge Sales Solutions, LLC, Dave is a respected sales management expert who specializes in identifying key gaps in the sales process and developing and implementing solutions to drive growth in small to midsize companies. Dave can now leverage Sales Xceleration’s state-of-the-art sales platform to help drive accountability, sustainable sales growth, and improved profitability throughout the client organization.

Throughout his accomplished career, Dave held various sales leadership roles with a proven record of building, motivating and leading sales teams to success. His deep experience includes Fortune 500 as well as small and midsize companies in the consumer products, retail technology and food retail business segments. By leading sales organizations across diverse industries, Dave knows that implementing best practices can drive new approaches to optimize performance and results.

Dave has a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University and an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. He lives in Rochester, NY with his wife and two children. He enjoys scuba diving, skiing, yard work, playing competitive volleyball, golf and reading.
