Bob brings considerable experience and expertise in sales leadership consulting to serve businesses in the Portland, Oregon and southwest Washington state area. He is an innovative sales management expert dedicated to bringing superior focus and top results to businesses in need of sales leadership.
As Founder and Principal of Meridian Performance Solutions, LLC, an outsourced executive sales leadership firm, Bob helps clients develop and implement the right sales infrastructure and processes to rapidly increase top-line revenue.
Previously, he served as a sales executive and board member for several privately held medical device companies, and led worldwide sales teams ranging in size from 25 to 400+ sales professionals.
Overall, Bob has more than 27 years of sales leadership expertise with organizations in various phases of their business lifecycle – from start-up, to high growth, to turnaround – generating revenues from $4M to over $250M. As a VP of Sales and General Manager, Bob has a track record of success developing and leading profitable distribution channel improvements. He was the architect and leader of a sales transformation project that generated over $2.2 million in new product sales while reducing selling expense 9%. He also spearheaded the design, development, and launch of an on-time, on-budget CRM program; and designed, developed, and implemented a “High Performance Selling” advanced sales training platform.
Bob is a U.S. Air Force veteran and graduated with honors from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Communications.
