Recently, Tom served as Vice President of Sales for Oticon, Inc., a large hearing aid manufacturer. He successfully led a sales team reorganization and implemented changes to sales process, performance management, compensation, and hiring programs which led to double-digit growth for a $200M+ enterprise.
Tom is customer-focused and strives to understand the best way to help his partners succeed through revenue growth and mission-driven sales teams that go above and beyond to drive business. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration and Business from the University of Scranton. He lives in Millington, NJ with wife Juanita and their three children. When not working, Tom enjoys golfing, assisting with the kids’ sports teams, and coaching rugby, his favorite sport. He also likes to play golf, but never seems to get around to it!
