Prior to founding Launch, Steve spent 20+ years in progressively senior sales leadership roles in the enterprise B2B world in both public and private companies. A process-driven sales leader, Steve is passionate about developing strategy and people and believes most success comes from repetition, performed well. He is a persuasive, expressive communicator and storyteller who removes complexity and doubt when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Now, as an outsourced Ontario and greater Toronto sales consultant and licensed Sales Xceleration Advisor, Steve will leverage the power of Sales Xceleration’s proven sales growth and sales management systems to help small and medium-sized businesses increase sales and boost profits for sustainable sales performance.
Steve studied business at the University of Regina and York University and received his Chartered Director (C. Dir.) designation from the Director’s College at McMaster University and the Certified Sales Leader Designation (CSL) from the Canadian Professional Sales Association.
He lives in Kitchener, Ontario with his wife Lisa-Anne and their sons Lucas and Noah. In his spare time, Steve enjoys hockey, golf, fishing, and live music.
