Prior to founding Purian LLC, Erik led several organizations ranging from 50 to 200 people. As a senior executive with the world’s largest chemical cleaning company, Erik managed sales budgets in excess of $50 Million. Throughout his career, Erik has been able to help companies succeed by developing and implementing creative sales strategies, cultivating strong leadership, and nurturing enduring and profitable customer and client relationships.
Erik is a creative and inspirational leader with advanced skills in strategic planning and implementation, P&L management and budgeting, process efficiency and improvement, and program and project management.

Erik holds Masters’ degrees in both Business Administration and Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. He is a licensed California and Tennessee realtor, avid golfer, passionate leader, and is active in his local community church. Married for nearly 30 years, he and wife Kimberly reside in Costa Mesa, California and are the proud parents of four daughters.
