Enrico’s 30 years of experience includes expertise in leading both direct and indirect go-to-market channels; and he has extensive market knowledge with specialization in small and mid-sized companies. Enrico is best known for optimizing sales results and his ability to set up and grow new revenue streams. His success stems from his insight into customer needs, sales acumen, innovative thinking, resiliency, and resourcefulness.

He strongly believes sales leaders should be “servant leaders” so they can model how to reach, listen to, and respond to the needs of the sales team, while showing them how to effectively interact with clients. By focusing on people, process, and performance he helps sellers unlock their potential through professional growth, development as a team, and by capitalizing on prior successes.

Enrico and his wife Beth have two daughters and currently reside in Los Angeles County in the South Bay. Enrico enjoys supporting his daughters in their sports, skiing and snowboarding, and playing tennis. He loves travel and all things related to Italian cuisine and wine.
